Thanks for reporting this issue and for your patience. We've been working on a fix at https://github.com/zotero/zotero/pull/4235 which will appear in a future release.

Thanks for checking in. Please let your IT people know they can send us a message at support@zotero.org to request a VPAT.

Edited. Thanks.

FYI, Zotero no longer uses Google Checkout for new storage subscriptions and will phase it out entirely in November 2013.

FYI, Zotero no longer uses Google Checkout. South Korea (and just about everywhere else) should now be supported through our regular payment process available at https://zotero.org/settings/storage

At the present time Zotero is fully funded via the sale of storage and services; therefore, no grant proposals currently guide the decision-making process for Zotero's design and development. The various grant proposals that initially funded Zotero…

Works for me. Please post a non-working link if you are still experiencing problems.

The arXiv ID should indeed be used as an identifier, not a publication, and in future iterations of our data model it might make sense to have more, and more flexible identifiers available. Even so, that doesn't really solve your problem, which is t…

please don't say that it's a free forum with free support OK, it's not. For you anymore, that is.

There's nothing inherently illegal or legal about using Zotero (or email or Dropbox or a photocopy machine) for anything. It's what you're doing with the tool that matters. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use
