@wakoma: Please start a new thread and include details about what page(s) you're trying to save and what you see when you open the snapshots.
-
I can't reproduce. Does this still happen if you restart Zotero? If so, could you email the snapshot file to support@zotero.org and include a link to this thread?
-
There's no reason to uninstall and reinstall Chrome, but you should clear your cookies (on worldcat.org or globally) and then reload any WorldCat pages you have open. If that doesn't solve it, it's likely that WorldCat is blocking your network for s…

Window -> Library (Cmd-Shift-L).

@mjthoraval: Fix will be in the next beta.
-
Thanks, I can reproduce.
-
WYSIWYG field editing (possibly something like the editor used for annotations in the reader) is planned.
-
Note that you can right-click the PDF tab and choose Show in Library to jump straight there.
-
Does it work if you restart Zotero after changing the monitor resolution? This is likely a bug in the accessibility tool, though, not Zotero.
-
Re Open Review, does that imply that something has changed about how they store metadata in the pdfs? Hard to say without seeing the metadata you were getting before and the metadata you get now on the same PDF. click on toolbar icon: zotero adds co…
-
I may be wrong about this, but I don't think we ever had a translator for Open Review. On catalog ("forum") pages, it uses the Embedded Metadata translator, but saving directly from the PDF will just get you basic info via Retrieve Metadata. We can …

This is a commonly requested feature, but not something that Zotero currently supports. You can get a note to appear at the top of the list when sorting by Title if you put some punctuation (e.g. an equals sign) at the beginning of the first line, b…

Please email the EPUB to support@zotero.org and include a link to this thread. Let us know what section of the EPUB you're seeing the issue in, too.
-
Thanks, we'll fix that.
-
I can't reproduce this on any of the EPUBs in my library. Please email an affected EPUB to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread (and an example of a page number that you've tried to navigate to).

OK, so you'll just need to configure your proxy. The Connector will offer to do that automatically when you log in, but you can also configure it manually: Login URL Scheme: https://lib.sookmyung.ac.kr/login?retUrl=%u Proxied URL Scheme: %h-ssl.ope…

Thanks, yeah. It looks like SingleFile is saving the equations using Declarative Shadow DOM, which wasn't yet supported in the version of the Firefox platform that 7.0 is built on.
-
Filenames can't contain slashes. You could do something like {{ DOI replaceFrom="/" replaceTo="_" regexOpts="g" }} to replace them with an allowed character.
-
From the debug log: Error: HTTP request to https://ieeexplore-ieee-org-ssl-openlink-sookmyung-ac-kr.ssl.openlink.sookmyung.ac.kr/rest/search/citation/format rejected with status 0 It looks like the Connector is applying your proxy to an already prox…

Why not ask the user when trying to overwrite a style and inform about the consequences? This is planned. What a surprise that such a basic feature as capturing the close of a window/dialog isn't possible on Linux, macOS and Windows. Or did you have…
-
(And the same goes for the first example link, for what it's worth - it takes a few seconds to load in Zotero, but the equations are rendered correctly.)
-
@devonwt: I tried saving your last link using Web Page with Snapshot in both Firefox and Chrome, and the equations (e.g. the "Weight Superposition" section) are rendered fine in the Zotero snapshot reader. Could you right-click the snapshot in Zote…

There's nothing obviously wrong in that debug log. It looks like Zotero is fetching the feed items successfully. Try Help -> Restart in Troubleshooting Mode, which restarts with all plugins disabled. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify whi…

When you save an arXiv preprint of an article that has since been published (like this one), Zotero already detects that and saves the details of the published article instead. If that's not what you're looking for, could you be more specific about…

I can't reproduce any issue with either feed. Could you remove the complex feed, enable debug logging, add the complex feed again, then submit the debug output and paste the Debug ID here?
-
And try "Update now" in the Advanced pane of the Zotero desktop settings.
-
Sorry, yes, Reset Translators. Could you provide a Connector Debug ID (not a Report ID) for a save that still has this issue?
-
Fixed, thanks. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.

Sorry about that. We made some changes to the way tables are laid out that might be causing problems with these EPUBs. Please email the file(s) to support@zotero.org and include a link to this thread!
