That ISBN is only in WorldCat, and Zotero 9 is often unable to access WorldCat due to bot detection issues. The Zotero 10 Beta is able to resolve that ISBN.

1. Yes, but due to Zotero's rapid release cycle, there will be a stable release of Zotero 10 fairly soon.

2. Currently, yes, you'll need to use Zotero 10 on desktop. We're looking into implementing a similar fix in the iOS app.
