Read Aloud keeps loading indefinitely

  • [ISSUE] I'm trying to use the standard version for a first test on a research paper. I'm on a Linux system. After I click the read aloud button the feature keeps loading indefinitely (plus the drop down menu is frozen on premium selection)

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the Help → Debug Output Logging → "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
  • Here's the debug ID : D1591670690 ; I've logged out, logged in to recreate the issue like the first time it happened after configuring the first subscription-selection popup (otherwise it wasn't showing anything related to tts in the debug report)

    PS: I tried it on windows, works perfectly

    Could you open Zotero Settings → Advanced → Config Editor and paste the value of "extensions.zotero.reader.readAloudVoices" here?

  • I have the same problem (see link above), and for me the value is
