The Zotero mobile app has a text reflow reading option for PDFs, but the desktop app doesn't. Is there any existing plugin that adds this function?

I also am trying to see if there is a way to convert my OCR'd PDF sources from Zotero into markdown files so I can integrate them into my Obsidian vault, which seems like it'd be loosely related to a reflow function.
