Fixed, thanks. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.

@mjthoraval: The next beta will correctly reposition annotations when the container they're in is scrolled. We'll keep working on improving support for scrolling containers in EPUBs/snapshots.
