Click the "Expand detailed versions" button in the version history panel: https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u6580876/8gwfjnw2ge5lbpl7563j.png Google Docs saves a new version every minute or two as long as you're connected to the in…

Your DSpace instance is exposing the hdl.handle.net URL in a citation_abstract_html_url meta tag, which is where Zotero is finding it. It should also expose the DOI in citation_doi. I'm not familiar with DSpace administration, but this GH issue may …

Is there a publicly accessible webpage that demonstrates the issue?
-
Thanks, that was very helpful! I pushed a possible fix for this. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings. It still isn't totally clear how y…

Gemini is already supported. We can look into supporting Claude.
-
This has always been the case, since author order is meaningful. Are you following a style guide that tells you to sort authors alphabetically?
-
Thanks, this will be fixed in an upcoming release.

OK, let's try one more thing. In Chrome, open https://research.ebsco.com/c/cecc7m/search/details/5kbjyq7rzr?db=psyh&limiters=FT:Y&q=anxiety AND chatbots&searchMode=boolean, then press Ctrl-Alt-I to open the developer tools. Click the Net…

Thanks, I can reproduce that issue for Substack snapshots. We'll fix. (Zooming in the Zotero desktop app is implemented differently.)
-
Sure, we can allow that.
-
This is pretty baffling. What do you see when you load https://research.ebsco.com/linkprocessor/v2-pdf?recordId=5kbjyq7rzr&sourceRecordId=5kbjyq7rzr&profileIdentifier=cecc7m&intent=download&lang=en in your browser?

@arasoldier, @mjthoraval: Pushed a fix. Thanks for reporting. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings.
-
Could you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this?
-
@EdoardoPona: Thanks, fixed. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings.

Thanks, looks like there were some changes on the site's end. We'll fix this.

This is just covering the webpage snapshot's content, not blocking access to all of Zotero. She can click on the first tab at the top to get back to her library. If the snapshot isn't useful, it's safe to delete it. Could you ask if she remembers w…

This is planned.

No, Zotero doesn't currently support bulk editing. The best way to add multiple book sections with accurate metadata is usually to use the Zotero Connector's Save to Zotero button on the publisher's website. Where are you downloading the chapter PDF…

Great!

Any search with a term under three characters (like "7") currently returns no results.
-
Open the Connector Preferences again, go to Advanced, and click Reset Translators. Then go back to Europe PMC, reload, and try to save. Does it work? If not, what tooltip do you see when you hover over the Save to Zotero button?
-
Attachment content is indexed by individual words, so searching for a sequence of words requires a much slower unindexed search. You can make it faster by adding more filters (e.g. Item Type is Journal Article).
-
We could say more if you give an example where you see this issue.

I believe making tags case-insensitive is planned (we have an issue filed for it). For now, in the tag selector at the bottom-left, you can right-click the tag with the casing you don't want and rename it to the casing that you prefer. The two tags …

We'll look into it. (When saving via the Connector, the download happens in your browser, so it's a slightly different mechanism.)
-
Please provide an example URL.

It's just a 400 MB PDF (somehow) and a slow server.
-
@venpopov: Thanks, we'll fix.
