(The error in that Debug ID seems to relate to your network or a problem connecting to ProQuest - unlikely to be Cloudflare Turnstile.)
-
https://feeds.proquest.com/rss/2211100 works for me, but it doesn't actually contain any real items (just a "View ProQuest search results" link). Do you see something different in Inoreader?
-
@littlejohn: Fixed. Your Zotero translators should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings.
-
Please email the file to support@zotero.org and include a link to this thread.
-
It looks like you attached the screenshot to your email - I meant attach the HTML file itself.
-
Could you send the former (the one with no preview) to support@zotero.org along with a link to this thread?
-
True. I'll make an issue to add a dedicated translator for Statista.
-
_eprint will no longer be saved on import, thanks. Zotero should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the settings.
-
Can you give an example of a snapshot that doesn't get a preview? How did you save the item?
-
How would you expect that page to be cited? We don't currently have any special support for Statista, but Embedded Metadata seems to work well enough, and it grabs the author on items they publish with a byline (e.g. https://www.statista.com/chart/…

Reading position should be much more exact in an upcoming beta (+ release) of Zotero, with Android to follow. We're also aware of the text size issue on Android.
-
There's no central database of ISBN metadata, and this one just isn't in any of the databases that Zotero checks. As a rule of thumb, if you search for an ISBN on Google and there aren't many results, Zotero won't be able to resolve it.

@bethPhD, @naught101: Pushed a potential fix for this issue. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings. Can you give it a try and let me know i…

What URL did you save the first (PDF-less) item from?
-
Please provide a Debug ID.
-
Could you please provide a Connector Debug ID for an attempt at saving the page?
-
@adamjtramp, @jbenjamin26: Thanks, this is fixed. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings.
-
@ainmean-aite: Do you know what sequence of actions triggers it for you?
-
Sorry, this was an unintentional change (but I was sure the Advanced Search window had always worked that way!). We'll fix.
-
You can Cmd/Ctrl-click the selected item to deselect it.
-
Can you provide a Connector Debug ID for this?
-
I'm not seeing any issue with the article linked above. The Debug ID that @shai.karp provided above seemed to (though I'm not completely confident about this) indicate a server-side issue, which may now be resolved. If you're still having problems s…

@alasgrandr: This feed URL works fine for me. Do you still get an error when refreshing? If not, it may have just been a temporary issue on the publisher's end. @stubin: See what @dstillman said above.
-
Zotero tries to detect the language of the document being read. Is it always defaulting to French in every document? If you provide a Debug ID, we may be able to investigate.
-
Yes, we'll improve this. (It only happens with a theme applied.)
-
@rwalsh: Never mind, I was able to reproduce the issue and implement a fix. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings.
-
I need to know which Zotero translator code was responsible for producing the item, and that information is in the item's Library Catalog field.
-
What does the item's Library Catalog field contain?
-
Yes, this is planned.
