@Anbaobao: Unfortunately your only option in that case would be to export the library as Zotero RDF with files and reimport into the other account. (You'd always want to create a new OS user account when taking over someone else's computer — as wou…

Your IP address has been automatically blocked due to automated attacks against Zotero user accounts coming from that IP address within the last 24 hours. If this is a residential IP address, you should check all your devices for malware. If it's a…

No, that’s not what the section I linked to says. It explains that you can just click the Save to Zotero button in your browser to save PDFs.
-
It looks like you're trying to paste a web address into the Zotero file picker? You can't do that (in Zotero or any other program) — that prompt is Windows trying to connect to the website as a file service. See https://www.zotero.org/support/addin…

You would need to email the snapshot, not post it here.

I mean, it's just literally not grayed out in your screenshot. This is grayed out: https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u6/sc2en0qoy73zwmvhs8lv.png This is not grayed out: https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u6/3w2gpowz…

@adanderson: Unless you can completely empty the document contents and still get the error, you haven't followed the steps. That's why we say it will by definition isolate the problem. You can also share an excerpt of the document with us, as expla…

The checkmark in your screenshot is not grayed out. It would be grayed out before you add an item to the citation, but you have an item in your screenshot — "Davis, 2009".

Same answer. Try in a new document, and if that works, see the troubleshooting steps linked from the dialog and above, which, again, will by definition isolate the problem.

The checkmark is shown in your screenshot — the top right of the window, next to the X. Enter should work as long as your cursor is in the input field (next to "Davis, 2009" in your screenshot).

No, no one has ever reported anything like this. Nothing in Zotero itself would ever create CSV files in the storage folder, so that's either a misunderstanding or due to some plugin you installed or something you ran outside of Zotero. If files we…

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt to set up syncing? If you can't submit that, it's just some problem with your internet connection or your computer's networking setup. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/connection_error
-
That would generally be some sort of problem with your internet connection. If you provide a Debug ID for a sync that fails, we can confirm, but you also might not be able to submit a Debug ID if all network connections within Zotero are failing. Y…

Upgrade to the latest version of Zotero. For security reasons, older versions are no longer able to log in for syncing, except immediately after a successful password reset. (If these are different institutional computers, you'll need to ask your I…

That's a 429 Too Many Requests from arXiv servers. Did you try to add many at once?

Sorry, books on ScienceDirect aren't currently supported.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this?

You can try the beta now and let us know if that helps.

We always need an example URL for problems with saving.

We've fixed this for the next update.

There was a bug in earlier betas that caused the column config from Zotero 9 to be lost. That's fixed in beta 5, but only if you didn't make any column changes in an earlier beta — if you did, beta 5 will use that state instead of your Z9 config. If…

@cwyn: You're using List mode, which searches across all your libraries. If you have an entire duplicate library, you probably want to switch to Library mode in the bottom right to limit your search to the main library.
