Upgrade StorageAdding citations in Google Docs no longer works

I installed the latest update for Zotero; I’m now on version 9.0.3. I followed the troubleshooting instructions for using Google Docs. The problem persists: I still can’t add footnotes to my Google Docs document. I also uninstalled and then reinstalled the Chrome connector, but that didn’t help either. Copying the document doesn’t help either, and it doesn’t matter where I try to add a footnote.

dstillman Zotero TeamIf it works in a new, empty document, you'll need to follow the troubleshooting instructions through to the end, which will by definition isolate the problem.
