dstillman Zotero TeamThere was a bug in earlier betas that caused the column config from Zotero 9 to be lost. That's fixed in beta 5, but only if you didn't make any column changes in an earlier beta — if you did, beta 5 will use that state instead of your Z9 config. If you set Z9 to a given column config and switch directly to beta 5, it should stick. Downgrading back to Z9 will show the default columns, but the changes you made in b5 will still be there when you switch back.

poettliedited 3 days agoNoted. However, I didn't make any column changes in an earlier beta myself. Z10b4 did it for me. When I switched from Z9 to Z10b4, the columns where reinitialized to the default configuration. But switching back to Z9 restored my custom order.
