(We made a follow-up change to remove mid-word matching for attachment-content search. If you already updated to the previous build, the index will be automatically rebuilt. This won't be a regular occurrence.)

[JavaScript Error: "NotAllowedError: Could not remove `C:\Users\[…]\AppData\Local\Temp\Zotero\elsevier-harvard.csl' (NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED)"] Zotero is getting an error removing a file in a system temp directory. You can try deleting that file…

I linked to instructions.

That's from Zotero, not the Zotero Connector.
-
Almost certainly Zscaler. Zotero needs normal access to the web in order to work properly — there's no list of domains: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/zotero_and_firewalls

Please don't AI "analyses" here — it's not helpful, and some of this is just gibberish. ("this.ownerGlobal.gBrowser.getTabForBrowser is not a function" is not something that appears in the Connector.) All we need is the Report/Debug ID and a descrip…

Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector (rather than Zotero) for the first attempt after reloading Google Docs and restarting Zotero?
-
French is fine, but see Reporting Problems for the two things we always need in order to help.
-
@iagogv: That example is about the subscript, not capital letters. Searching in Zotero has never been case sensitive — nothing has changed there.

I'm not sure what notification you're referring to, but starting at 1 would be this: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/existing_citations_not_detected

Make sure you’re running the latest version of Zotero, 9.0.6. If you are, provide a Report ID.
-
That’s a 403 Forbidden error from your WebDAV server.
-
This was a recent bug with your specific locale. Fixed now in the Zotero 10 beta, and the fix will be included in Zotero 10 soon. You should be able to choose a different bibliography locale — one of the specific script variants for your language — …

The functionality is still there. Provide a Debug ID for reproducing in Troubleshooting Mode.

You can email a file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.
-
Can you provide a Report ID? If this is with a specific PDF, send the PDF to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.

I already responded to you in your original thread: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/515581/#Comment_515581

That's not a "recommendation" — that's a page that's linked to solely if Zotero encounters actual database corruption.
-
We can only comment on problems that you encounter with all plugins disabled, and for those, see Reporting Problems.

(Please start new threads for new issues — hijacking someone else's thread where a likely unrelated problem is being actively debugged isn't helpful to anyone. I've moved this to a new thread.) See Reporting Problems for the two things we always ne…

We'd have to see a document excerpt to say for sure, but it just sounds like you made a manual edit to the visible citation. Zotero would've asked you whether you wanted to keep changes or revert them and let it update. Customize the citation via Ad…

You don't appear to be using syncing with the account you're posting from, so can't comment on that. There's no general issue that would cause this. Usually something like this would be due to either storing your data directory in a cloud storage f…

Both of those save for me. There's more information requested on the troubleshooting page that we'd need to debug further.
-
We always need an example URL for problems with saving. If you're having trouble saving across many sites, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

For Linux, we can't really help beyond what it says here: https://www.zotero.org/support/installation#linux Linux systems are too heterogeneous, and we have to assume that people running Linux are able to troubleshoot problems themselves.
-
I'm not sure what you're showing us? Can you say more? If that's actually what you're seeing on screen, 1) restart your computer and 2) restart Zotero in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables a…

The error message (and Files Not Syncing, linked from the dialog) explains it: the file hasn't been synced to the online library. The account that owns the group previously both had a personal unlimited subscription and was the manager of a lab sub…

Sorry, but any advanced-search reports would need to be against the Zotero 10 beta at this point. We've completely overhauled how search works for Zotero 10, so it's not worth even thinking about this for Zotero 9. If you try the beta (or Zotero 10…

If you're seeing Edit Bibliography, there's already a bibliography in the document. If you're not seeing it, toggle Word field codes and search for ZOTERO_BIBL.
