Can you go to Help → Debug Output Logging → View Output, position that window so that it stays visible, reproduce the freeze, and then post a screenshot of the debug window?

@huseynli.s: The app currently requires iOS 16.6. If you have 15.8.4, you would be offered an older version of the app that won't be able to fully sync. You can check the version you're running to confirm.
-
I believe Better BibTeX has been interfering with proper closing of the app, but it might be fixed in the latest version.
-
Restart your computer and try again. If you still get that, check for a parent.lock file in the Zotero profile folder and delete it.
-
Syncing doesn't delete things you didn't delete yourself and doesn't duplicate items. No collections in your library have ever been permanently deleted, but you have lots of collections in the trash. You can restore them from there. If you're see…

If you click within one of the underlined ones that isn't refreshing and click Add/Edit Citation, what happens? Does it tell you that the citation was modified?
-
You’re running an outdated version of the app. Update iOS to at least the latest version of iOS 16 and you'll be offered the current version of the app.
-
You're getting a 429 Too Many Requests error from Koofr for an OPTIONS request. That's all we can tell you.
-
Start by updating to 8.0.3, and make sure you haven't disabled automatic app updates.

That's not a Debug ID.

BBT? If you don't know why you have a plugin installed, you shouldn't have it installed.
-
If it works in a new, empty document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents.
-
Same as your other thread. It's most likely BBT: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/129986/crashes-freezes

You can add HTTP links as web-link attachments, but they won't be treated as real file attachments.

@miniufo: Try again now.

@xoxkom: Try again now.

There's a new way to do this in Zotero 8: https://www.zotero.org/blog/zotero-8/#reader-appearance-panel-with-theme-support

Are you still seeing this?
-
Can you restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID for about 20 seconds of this?

When you say a "PDF file" isn't showing up, what exactly do you mean? Can you share some screenshots (here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread) that show the item in the web library and what you see on iOS?
-
There's nothing we could do about that, no.
-
No idea what that is, but it's not from us. Can you provide a screenshot?
-
What's the actual message that you're receiving? See Reporting Problems for the two things we always need in order to help.
-
Yes, if you created book sections with duplicate DOIs between when the new fields were added and 8.0.2, you'd have to remove the DOIs manually.
