Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 0 error for a PUT request. If you receive this message repeatedly, check your WebDAV server settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator. Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that fails?

Right, I was actually going to clarify that I was talking primarily about your initial example of JSTOR, which has stable URLs that provide full-text content to anyone with access to JSTOR. Your ProQuest URL should not be included, because that URL…

If you converted all your files to stored files, the files are stored by Zotero deeper within the data directory and it's no longer relevant. But in the case of linked files…anywhere but Zotero's managed data directory.
-
That's a Report ID (and an invalid one), not a Debug ID.

See Locating Missing Zotero Data. Usually this is due to accidentally deleting Zotero database files (zotero.sqlite) while trying to clear disk space.

You're misremembering. The name of the website (or, to be more specific, the Zotero translator used, in most cases) has always been stored in the Library Catalog field. JSTOR isn't a library catalog — it's a digital library. It serves the actual c…

Meaning you dismiss the banner and then restart Zotero and see it again? Can you provide a Debug ID for a Zotero startup where that happens, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

See Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents.

Probably this: Existing Citations Not Detected.

Only **pin** the selected item in the Library to the top for quick access; do **not** lock focus on it. The whole point of the Selected Items/Open Documents feature is to allow you to just press Add/Edit Citation and then Enter, so this won't be cha…

@bellav22: This is fixed now in the Zotero Connector for Firefox, if you're able to use that. Otherwise, the fix will be available in Chrome and Edge within a day or two, once those updates are approved.

Can you provide a screenshot?

Yes, that's a good idea.

the fix almost always comes down to completely reinstalling the Zotero app Note that we also suggest compressing → deleting → uncompressing as an alternative. I'd recommend that over toggling developer settings for most people. I’m not entirely sure…

Please try again now. If it's still not working, reselect MHRA from the style list.

You can view annotations in the items list and filter them by tag in the Zotero 8 beta: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/123884/available-for-beta-testing-annotations-in-the-items-list

[JavaScript Error: "Request timed out after 30000 ms"] [JavaScript Error: "Download request 1/VPYEUGZM failed"] Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces the error?
-
@magcanady: This should be fixed in the latest Zotero beta.

Fixed in 8.0-beta.3 — thanks.

For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.

Thanks — same as this: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/125830/zotero-8-beta-help-menu-not-accessible-after-enabling-debug just got a notification telling me the reference I'm adding is a duplicate of something already in my library. This must b…

Again, you'll need to say exactly what you tried, in your own words, and what happened at each step.
