Upgrade StorageWindow prompt to Convert File from RTF

I am having an issue with my zotero plug in. It inserts ciatations smoothly in some cases and in others I get a windo prompt to convert RTF- ok or cancel.
Neither options make any difference.
Please advise (in really simple steps and language)

dstillman Zotero TeamNote also that you're running a version of Zotero from November 2023. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in 2.5 years.
