Error while changing the reference style

i am getting an error message and no changes is occurring as shown in picture,

when i try to change the citation or bibliography to a new reference style. please help me in this regards.

    Reinstall Zotero from the download page. You're likely on an outdated version (and are still running an old 32-bit version, which Zotero would've warned you about). Your data won't be affected.

    If you're still having trouble after that, provide a Report ID and follow the troubleshooting steps linked from that dialog.
