This is most likely caused by your browser blocking third party scripts from our payment processor (Stripe). If your browser or any extensions are configured to block scripts, disable that and try again.

Storage usage won't prevent a group transfer. The ownership transfer is no longer valid (either you declined it at some point, or the current owner canceled it). The current owner will need to initiate the transfer again.

Thanks for reporting. Tag changes not being saved should be fixed now. I wasn't able to reproduce any tags being lost though. Let us know if you're still seeing any bad behaviour.

Any normal account communications go to your primary address by default. The verification email when you add a new address goes that that address.

That's a message you get when you try to reset the password with a username for an account that has been deleted.

In the web library, the fields are not visible if they're empty and you don't have access to edit (either not logged in, or logged in with an account that doesn't have access to edit).

Note that Public Open groups, meaning anyone can join the group at any time, do not allow for file storage. If you switch a group from Public Open, to Private or Public Closed, you'll need to also enable file editing for the group.

Once you make a purchase, a payment confirmation is emailed to you from the payment processor (Stripe) and a detailed receipt is made available linked at the top of your storage settings. The latter is usually sufficient for reimbursement.
