Hello. The PDF Metadata Retrieval is taking a lot of time to finish and is not retrieving all the file information (like publication name, volume or date). It is happening with all the Elsevier, MDPI and IEEE Files...
When I try to use the "Retreive Metadata from File", it gets the paper title and authors, but not the Journal/congress data.
Do you have any idea about this problem? I am using Windows 10 and, before the update, it was working very well.
