This actually looks like the items are being properly filtered when you load the page (there are the expected 442 items in that view), it's just that the tag selector does not show the active tag. I've added an issue. https://github.com/zotero/web-…

Yes, that was a bug. Thanks for reporting. It should be working now if you reload your library.
-
In the desktop version you have the Tools > Developer > Run Javascript menus.
-
Yes, it should show the personal library and all group libraries you're currently a member of. You might have more group libraries than it's been tested with though. It's also possible to have a group library displayed in your client that wouldn't…

The label itself that says "URL" is the link, and yes that should now be true for all users (before it was only true if you had edit access). The value itself, to the right of the label where you would edit it, remains likely incomplete and unclicka…
-
The URL and DOI labels should now always be active links if they have values, even if the library is read-only.
-
We're working on this. If you have write access to the library, the label "URL" is a link just like it is in the full Zotero application, but the link is not currently available in read-only mode.

Thanks for reporting. We tweaked something yesterday that resulted in this strange behaviour, but it should be fixed now. Let us know if you're still having problems.
-
The tag selector is still being worked on, but it's now available in the beta on all device sizes.

I don't see any pending invitations for your group. Did they resolve the issue already? Did you send the invitation to their email and that was the link they clicked? (This isn't a general problem, but we've gotten a couple reports of this that we …

This is generally working for people, and as far as I can tell the invitations you sent have not been accessed. My best guess would be that the user is pasted an incomplete url from the invitation email, or the link got mangled somehow in reaching t…

That github issue is unrelated (that was due to a bug in recaptcha that they fixed and generated a different error than you're reporting). I couldn't reproduce this on Chrome or Edge with the old settings, but I know certain versions of Edge at lea…

It's a user preference that applies to all of a user's groups. You can't change it for other users.
-
Is this happening regularly for you? What OS and browser are you on? Is this your personal or a group library? Is this every time you click on any item from the list, or are there more detailed conditions?
-
Whether people get an email on new group discussions depends on their notification settings, however it defaults to off. And no, we don't expose users' email addresses.

He can email registration@zotero.org with details. If your Zotero client is set up to sync you should see your username and a button to "Unlink Account..." in the sync preferences.
-
That simply means they don't have an account with that address. They either never registered an account using that address, or deleted their account at some point. If they have Zotero running, they can check if their client is set up to sync and wi…

We generally try to keep development questions to the zotero-dev list https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/zotero-dev That url is for the user's personal library, which will only be available if they've chosen to make it public. If you're lookin…

Generally questions about storage subscriptions can be directed to storage@zotero.org with any other support requests being posted to the forums. I'm afraid we're not able to accommodate requests for additional documentation or special payment proc…

I've just emailed them. I'm guessing that the files they're trying to open are not actually uploaded yet.

There shouldn't be any difference on OSX, and the download link works for me. Note that it's possible to set Firefox to "Never Allow" installation of add-ons from a site, which results in Firefox ignoring the link with no feedback. That would be i…

Yes, you need to install the connector into your browser. It works with Zotero in order to save items as you browse the web. See https://www.zotero.org/support/adding_items_to_zotero You can fine a quick start guide overview of Zotero features at …

In the current web library (not the new beta version), the feed link is for a feed of the current view (whatever collections and tags are selected). If it's a library that is not visible to the internet, it needs to create an API key that has permis…

This is not supported yet in the new web library, but will be in the future. This is being tracked at https://github.com/zotero/web-library/issues/298
-
It will also not show up if file storage is disabled for the group (or the group is a type where file storage cannot be enabled). You can check that in the library settings for the group.
-
The storage settings lists only groups that you own, as those are the ones that are counted against your storage. You're a member of a couple groups that you don't own, so those won't show up. You can see the user that owns a group from each group's…

On Linux, most people needing a word processor generally equivalent to MS Word use LibreOffice, which Zotero also supports.
-
No, we implemented an older version of OpenID which will be phased out.

You can set that up just from the sync preferences. https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/sync#file_syncing
