I upgraded my storage plan and currently I can't see the room

How can I solve this issue?
  • Usually it will be updated and show immediately, but sometimes it can take a couple minutes. It should be showing up now and available when you sync.
  • Thanks fcheslack, but I have been waited for 3 days. Any suggestion?
  • Where are you still seeing this/what problem are you having? Your storage was upgraded and is being used.
  • The msg "There was an error retrieving some of your account information. Please try again in a few minutes" displayed on the top of https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage?ref=usbf page and I can't see the storage room left on this page.
