When purchasing via the normal checkout process in the storage settings it is updated immediately. For alternative payments such as PayPal it should be updated within 24 hours.

It looks like your unlimited storage is correct. You're the owner of 3 of the groups you're in, so they can draw from your storage, but only 1 of your groups currently has attached files enabled. You can update the file storage settings for the grou…

All storage for a group counts against the storage of the group's owner. If the group's owner has sufficient storage for the group, nothing from the group would be deleted. When you copy things between a group and personal library, they become sepa…

It looks like you still have a section in there. If you delete it and then save the cv, it should be empty and not show the link in your profile.

Could you email support@zotero.org with what group this is for, and example emails you see not working? Invitations would not be sent if there is already a pending invitation or they are already a member. Emails are also not sent if previous email…

If you try those again they should work as well. The now fixed bug left them in an unexpected state.

Yes, this is by design. You'll be able to change your username again in a week.

This should be fixed. Could you try deleting your account again now?
-
It looks like you don't have storage space available. When a user tries to upload a file while syncing they should be getting a sync error indicating that the group's owner needs more storage space to upload files.

Thanks for reporting. We had been removing access when the user deleted their account, then removing the user from the group later. We've switched to also explicitly removing the user from the group as part of the account deletion process so the o…

You should be seeing it now.

Thanks for your support and evangelism. I've sent an email.

We actually removed the ability to follow people a while ago, and it was just an oversight that they were still on that page.

If you're not the owner of the groups you can safely leave the groups and/or delete your account and your prior contributions to group libraries will remain intact.

You can create new api keys or see your existing ones at https://www.zotero.org/settings/keys

@jhenline you can always see and delete the API keys that have access to your Zotero from https://www.zotero.org/settings/keys

As long as a Zotero account is covered by a Lab or Institution subscription, the individual storage subscription will not be charged again. Each Zotero account belongs to the user that registered it, even if it has storage supplemented by a Zotero …

You don't have a storage subscription on the account you're posting from. If you email storage@zotero.org with details we can help track down what account the payment is for.

Thanks for reporting. We've fixed the script that checks the name before submitting, so you should get feedback now before trying to create the group. The error you were getting is likely because there was already a group with the same name, and p…

Adding emails to the list does not trigger an email. If they already have a Zotero account with that email address it will immediately get the unlimited storage. If they registered a Zotero account with a different email address, they can add addit…

On this gwenross account only a $20 plan was purchased. If you already upgraded a different account then that is still active.

The error message when you sync should say which library needs more storage. If it's you're personal library, then it sounds like you're syncing using a different account than the one you're logging in to the website with. You can check the userna…

From groups page (https://www.zotero.org/groups/) > Manage Profile > Delete Group (this will only show up if you're the group owner)

Your updated profile was flagged as potential spam so it was not made immediately publicly visible. It is now publicly visible. Nothing here indicates any account compromise or connection interception.

Javascript can't be disabled. You should get a confirmation dialog after clicking, and the group would be deleted after confirming.
