Can't download edge connector

when i clicked it, it showed me that it didn't connect with mircosoft store.
why??

Assuming you're talking about the Edge connector, it just needs to be installed from the Edge add-ons store.
If this is an institutional computer/network, it may be blocking you, which would apply to any Edge add-ons, not just Zotero.
