Error message: Data storage quota exhausted; even tho I upgraded

I upgraded my storage to 2GB, but in my settings it still states that my quota is still "only" 300mb. Causing the PDFs of the studies not beeing able to be opened by my colleagues.
Help would be appreciated.
  • What Zotero account is this for? The account you're posting from hasn't been upgraded and doesn't need storage.
    If you upgraded a different Zotero account, email storage@zotero.org with the details and we can help sort it out.
