That's just a Word display setting. Nothing to do with Zotero.

Zotero integration isn't available for Word or other programs on iOS due to limitations of the platform, though we're working with Microsoft to make that possible. For now, you can generate citations

No, I mean it doesn't appear in the toolbar based on what document you have open. So opening a file from Word 2011 that you used Zotero with is irrelevant.
