Error syncing pdf attachments
Hello,
I recently switched to using Zotero storage with a 2GB limit. Prior to that, I was using linked attachments and syncing to an Android device using ZotFile and Google Drive. I then briefly evaluated WebDAV but found it was not properly syncing my pdf files.
Since WebDAV didn't work for me, I went with a 2GB Zotero storage option but the majority of my PDF attachments aren't displaying in my Zotero web library (they are instead being displayed as linked attachments). On my laptop where I added all of the files in the past, it appears that they are being saved in the correctd Zotero storage folder.
On the client side, my Zotero seems to be stuck in an endless sync loop. I disabled auto-sync and tried resetting my file sync history without any luck.
When I check the error log, I see a lot of HTTP POST error messages with status 500 so I've submitted the error log and received a debug code D1205802270.
version => 6.0.21, platform => MacIntel, oscpu => Intel Mac OS X 10.16, locale => en-CA, appName => Zotero, appVersion => 6.0.21, extensions => ZotFile (5.1.2, extension), Zotero LibreOffice Integration (6.0.4.SA.6.0.21, extension), Zotero Word for Mac Integration (6.0.5.SA.6.0.21, extension)
I'd appreciate any suggestions for dealing with this.
Thanks!

dstillmanWe're working on this.(They're not actually showing as linked attachments. The Attachments (paperclip) column just tells you what will open when you double-click. If there are no accessible files, it will open the URL or DOI — that's all it's telling you with the dedicated link icon. You can see the actual attachments in the Attachments tab. Nearly all of your files are stored, not linked.)

dstillman@glwinsor: This should be fixed now. Sorry for the trouble.
