The Zotero plugin is no longer working when I log in to my google docs. I have updated Zotero, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin from Google Chrome. I have restarted my Mac following the update.

How can I get Zotero to correctly cite multiple authors the first time they are cited in Google Docs? It seems like they will only add et.al. for all citations. Am I missing something?
