ZotFile only extracts a set of standard annotation types, I'm afraid. There's no special button and I don't thing chances are terribly high extraction will be updated in the near future, sorry.

For me, using Zoo for Zotero with ZotFile's "Send to Tablet" option has resolved it. I think ZotEZ is more problematic. I will copy paste my post from another platform:

Thanks, but still the main issue is still persistent - zotfile doesn't move newly downloaded papers (using zotero connector on chrome) to the specified folder and rather stores a copy in the zotero's
