We can only help with supported browsers, but why do you think this is related to Zotero? Does the problem go away if you disable the Zotero Connector and reload the page, and does it come back if you re-enable the extension and reload the page?

Nothing there seems to show any Zotero files. The last screenshot shows an .exe in some unrelated folder on your computer. You might have some malware on your computer that's trying to infect Zotero files as you install them.
