Yes. Though it's possible to create data in Zotero 7 that won't sync back to Zotero 6.
-
You should use the Windows ZIP version if you want to keep a separate copy of one or the other.
-
We don't give timelines, but tab groups are still planned, yes.
-
Finally, from what I found online, it appeared that when you do use Wayback Machine, you should cite both the original URL and Wayback Machine URL: https://help.archive.org/help/using-the-wayback-machine/. This also agrees with the MLA style guide: …

(Zotero doesn't keep all open tabs in memory, so this wouldn't make a difference for memory usage.)

What exact Word version?
-
Crashing or freezing? If crashing, what exact version of Word? If freezing, how large (e.g., how many citations) is the document? Does it work in a new, empty document?
-
How exactly are you trying to save? Can you provide an example URL and a screenshot?

Just to be clear here, we have only ever produced an official tarball for Linux, we have done so from the very first version of Zotero Standalone 14 years ago, and the only recent change with regard to Linux support is that we've added support for a…

@fletchapin: I believe citation best practices indicate that I should put the broken URL and the date that I accessed the URL (when it was working) FWIW, there's definitely not a consensus that that's a best practice — various style guides (e.g., ML…

That's a 401 Unauthorized error from your WebDAV provider. You'd have to ask them.
-
Make sure you're running the latest version of Zotero (7.0.22). This was fixed a months ago.
-
If you follow the troubleshooting steps to the end, they will by definition isolate the problem unless it still occurs after completely clearing the contents of the document in the copy you made. We'd also want a Report ID from the Zotero Connector…

I'm sure not any, but I've updated the sentence to reflect that it applies to other distros that support .desktop files.

Yes, that message means what it says. You have to define a .local or .home.arpa hostname for that IP address.
-
(For what it's worth, while that's some sort of bug, there's no reason to be typing this data in manually. That's almost never necessary for published works when using Zotero. Just paste the ISBN into the Add Item by Identifier (magic wand) feature,…

Can you provide a Report ID?

See https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#error_or_non-responsive_plugin_buttons it seems there were some storage quota issues so I bought a biggest storage subscription. It says now I have used all of new storage, whe…

You can create a saved search for "Date Added" "is in the last" "[x] days". https://www.zotero.org/support/searching#saved_searches

Can you reproduce that? In a new document or with a newly inserted citation? The point at which it shows you that message isn't necessarily — and usually isn't — the point at which the unlinking happened. If you copied or moved citations while the i…

We always need an example URL for problems with saving. If you're having trouble saving across many sites, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero. We'd also want to see a screenshot of what you're referring to. "Error while saving English pa…

See Files Not Syncing. You're just at your file storage quota, so additional files aren't being uploaded from the device where you're adding them. Zotero would be showing you a warning about that on every sync on that device.

Can you provide a screenshot of you selecting an item in the citation dialog?

Sorry, downloading of files larger than 2 GB is currently broken. We're looking into a fix, but for now, you'd have to ignore it or delete that attachment in the web library and empty it from the trash. You can paste KSUH7FCL into the desktop app s…
