What's stopping you from unpacking the file? Most OSes have a built-in tool to unpack zips, but sometimes you need to change the extension to ".zip" so that OS offers option to unpack a file, did you try that?

Saved searches are synced but are only supported on desktop Zotero. Zotero for iOS and web library do not currently support saved searches. Adding this feature on these platforms is planned but probably not in a very near future.
