Pdfs in "My Publications" not public

hi, We have a lcneuro lab zotero and we purchased 2gb storage so we can add pdfs to "My Publications". But even that folder is locaked to public and the pdf is greyed out or not accessible to all (unless we have a shared group). Can you please help with that?

I'm not sure what you mean here.

"My Publications" is a feature that lets you share publications you've authored on your personal profile. It doesn't require a storage subscription.

To share files with others in your own group, you would create a group library, and storage for that counts against the group owner's storage quota.

Hi I added my publications to "My Publications" and added all the pdfs to be accessible for public under CC BY NC ND license. But https://www.zotero.org/lcneuro/items/BIAQ88GM/attachment/HSNIX9X9/library only shows the web link and my pdf is not displayed. Please help fix this. I need this to be available for anyone in public domain trying to access my zotero. Thank you, Janaki
