I have the same error. Updated Zotero to 6.0 and zotfile to 5.1.0.

It would be great to have an automatic version as the Zotfile functionality, especially when you have hundreds of annotations.

Would it be possible to create an option to extract annotations by colour in separate or individual notes? It was previously possible with Zotfile and it seems other users might be interested.

That's not the current version of ZotFile — I don't know why you have that one. The current version is 5.1.0.
