Upgrade Storagezotfile EXTRACT PDF ANNOTATIONS function disappears

when I try to use "EXTRACT PDF ANNOTATIONS" function, it is very random, sometimes it just disappeared. i have to uninstall zotfile, or restart zotfile to get this function. but sometimes, I tried a few times to restart but still cannot find annotation function

After installing zotfile and restarting zotero, the option to Extract PDF Annotations is there under Manage attachments, when I right-click a pdf. But only for a few seconds, then it simply disappears.
