Does anyone know if it's possible to upload a Word doc with Zotero citations into Google docs and preserve the citations? Can Zotero in Google docs recognize citations from the Word doc?

Can we see another Debug ID from the Connector with all extensions disabled? It should be for reloading Google Docs and trying to insert a citation into a new, empty document.

Try disabling any other browser extensions you have installed and reloading Google Docs.
