How did you install Zotero?
-
Yeah, seems like that's a UI bug we've had forever — it uses the parent default-locale and ignores the drop-down. Fixed for the next beta to disable the drop-down properly.
-
@HessLab-Admin: This is fixed now in Zotero 9.0.4.
-
Email support@zotero.org with details.
-
Upgrade to the current version of Zotero. Zotero 6 is no longer supported. (You should also look into why you haven’t received automatic updates in several years.)
-
This should be fixed now in Zotero 9.0.4. Let us know if not.

You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

Generally this would be a problem with your internet connection, but if you can provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that fails, we can confirm.

@JoeleMigliorini: Please try updating to Zotero Connector 5.0.205 and reloading Google Docs.

Sorry, this was actually a bug — missed it without a Report ID after this occurred. This should be fixed now in Zotero 9.0.4.

No, don't switch accounts — whoever/whatever told you that is completely incorrect. Just email support@zotero.org with the details.

First, make sure Zotero is actually set to use WebDAV on all your computers. Then use “Purge Storage in My Library” on the storage settings page. (Zotero should have asked you if you wanted to do that when you switched to WebDAV, but you might hav…

Those item counts aren't from Zotero itself. We can't help with those. You might just be looking for View → Show Items from Collections.

No, that's not possible. The point of syncing is to make the entire library available on all devices. There are options to not download all files to some devices, but anything in the library gets uploaded unless you actually disable file syncing. (…

zotero.json is used to generate the FTL files. If you want to localize Zotero, you need to translate the strings in zotero.json.
-
I'm not sure what you're asking. If something is on Transifex, you would need to translate it if you want the translations within the app.
-
Sorry about that. This is a bug introduced in Zotero 9. We'll have a fix out soon. Thanks for reporting.
-
If it works in Troubleshooting Mode, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the Help → Debug Output Logging → "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

Start by updating to a current version of macOS. You're on a very outdated version of Sequoia. If that doesn't help, your system fonts are likely corrupted. That's not something we could help with — you'd have to ask Apple — but you could likely fi…
