Note that your account isn't associated with any institutional subscription, and that would only apply to Zotero Storage anyway. Zotero is free software that anyone can download from this website.

Some plugin of yours tried to convert regular items to attachments. Those items are invalid and won't sync. You'll need to identify and delete those items on your own, or contact the developer of the plugin that caused this.

If you don't need to sync attachments, you don't need to pay. Just disable file syncing in the settings to stop getting a quota error.

Why do you want 8? With the faster release cycle, we don't plan to list previous versions on the download page except where OS compatibility was dropped (which is why 7 is still there).

Info never has a Pin option. If nothing else is pinned, Info is always at the top. Pinning doesn't have anything to do with expanding and collapsing.
