What exactly do you mean when you say syncing isn't working? See Reporting Problems for the two things we always need in order to help. In general, see Changes Not Syncing or Files Not Syncing, depending on whether you're referring to data or files.

How did you import all these files? I'm afraid your library is all messed up — you have duplicates of most of these files from two separate imports earlier this month, and many (all?) attachment items are associated with the wrong files.
