Make sure File Explorer itself isn’t running as administrator. Can you drag, say, an image to that folder from your browser? (Note that you can also use File → Export PDF to export the file.)

Thanks. Since some of these were from Zotero 9.0.6, it's very likely that these are due to BBT. Note also that you're running Zotero under Rosetta for some reason. You should uncheck that from File → Get Info in Finder or just delete the app from A…

If Troubleshooting Mode fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.
