You're not covered by an institutional subscription. The quota warning would appear wherever you've added files that couldn't be uploaded due to being at your 300 MB quota, and those files wouldn't be accessible on other devices.

Done for the next beta. If multiple rows are selected, they'll be moved to their own condition group joined by 'any'. If the search is an 'any' search, its conditions will be moved into their own group as well.
