Can you provide a Report ID? Does it happen if you restart Zotero? As far as we know, this is caused by plugins.

It sounds like you're just confusing single-clicking an item and double-clicking an item? Double-clicking opens the attachment in a reader tab, where you view the PDF at full size, annotate, etc. All your screenshots are just showing the library tab…

Again, you have to tell us what the problem is. What exactly are you doing, what is happening, and what did you expect to happen instead?

(Yeah, the .zip and .prop files are just how Zotero does it, not anything specific to WebDAV. The goal was never to make WebDAV files available on the WebDAV server — just to sync them in a reliable way that would work with all WebDAV servers.)

That's the note editor in the library view. That's never had a notes list. The Notes pane appears in the reader view, and that has a notes list, since it's meant to let you pull up or create notes while you're reading a document.

It works. That item just isn't (yet?) included in Crossref's retractions dataset, despite the entry appearing in the Retraction Watch database search and despite the Crossref API showing the retraction info. We'll report this to them.

That doesn't show a sync attempt. Try Help → Debug Output Logging → "Restart with Logging Enabled…" and provide a Debug ID after the first sync fails.
