Upgrade StorageiOS Debug Log: D1296661366 iPad WebDAV authentication fails with Jianguoyun, but desktop works
[Describe the issue you're reporting.] I use Jianguoyun (Nutstore) WebDAV to sync attachments between Zotero desktop and iPad.
WebDAV verification succeeds on desktop, but fails on iPad with:
“The WebDAV server did not accept the username and password you entered.”
I have checked the WebDAV URL, username, and application password, but the error persists.

dstillman Zotero TeamThe app is sending credentials and the WebDAV server is rejecting them. I'm afraid that's all we can tell you. Clear both fields completely and try entering them again, making sure there's no leading or trailing whitespace.
