Can you link to the guidelines and point out the part where it says to use a different format for the same reference? A public example in a paper to confirm this would help, too. Then we can make the changes very fast.

Generally, Zotero has not control over the URLs. It just inserts them as text. If you want them as active, clickable URLs then you can find a Word macro somewhere here in the forum that makes them active so your professor can simply click on them.
