In Zotero, right click on the title and choose sentence case. This is an issue with your metadata, not the citation style.

You can use this tool: https://editor.citationstyles.org/searchByExample/ 1. Switch to the sample journal article 2. adapt the metadata according to the style. You should get a match in the high 90s probably.
