Thanks. So it would be better that by default it actually includes the DOI. It is easier to remove it than to have to fetch it on a case per case basis.
-
So automatically, PNAS reference template will use doi whenever volume numbers are not available?
-
Any help welcome, thank you.

Can't many items display in one column, separated by commas? Additionally, is it feasible to identify duplicates within a collection? I observed that the Chrome plugin overlooks whether the imported item already exists in the specific library, not j…

Please, could you share a screenshot? This is what I see. I don't know where to set up 5 different quick copy format: https://snipboard.io/G9oeBu.jpg
-
I don't see any quick copy option for quick copying Citation Key.
-
"You can also set any of Zutilo’s additional Quick Copy formats to the BibTeX citation key export format and then assign a keyboard shortcut". How to do this exactly?
-
Thanks. So collaboratively editing a Word document on the Desktop program tracks changes in real time as the online OneDrive platform (I wonder though whether the online version saves changes automatically whereas the Desktop program only when the u…

I couldn't find that option. Do you mean the "Allow editing" option when sharing a file? We are doing that. I have the word document opened in the browser but I don't see any possibility to use the Zotero add-on there.
-
I meant on the browser. Can several people open this document on their ends (not browser, but computers, with LibreOffice or Word) and work and save changes with Zotero at the same time?
-
Thanks, unfortunately we can only use OneDrive with Microsoft Word, as per university policy. > you can simultaneously edit a single Word document in OneDrive using local versions of Word, so that would de-facto work like an online word process…
-
Thanks. I'm looking for a solution to co-write a paper with coauthors where we could all add citations working online, but it seems this is not possible with zotero (or anything, as far as I know).
-
Apologies.
-
could you explain how to use Gdrive it "for the storage folder *within* the data directory"? Thanks.
-
The base directory shouldn't be in GDrive, but how about the data directory (PDfs)? In fact, check this: https://zotez2.ezbio.net/index.php?p=blog&id=15 This website guides you to set up your data in Gdrive. Am I missing something?
-
Thanks, I will try and get back at some point.
-
It would be great if you could look into it just in case.
-
This is great, thanks. It's also about space on the disk. I could have a cron job to regularly remove it. It's the only solution I can come up with.
-
But My Dropbox is not synced with any other computer. Why would this not work? Would Google Drive be a better option?
-
There it is again: https://snipboard.io/o23QNS.jpg I think this is a bug. My settings explicitely say number of backups: 1. I notice this immediately, because my Dropbox tells me I'm out of space.
-
Thanks, I had. I did a new test by deleting it again, and will post again if it did not work. For the moment it's kept just one bak file only. So good.
-
This got solved automatically.
-
I see now. So the pinned citation only prevents Zotero from renaming it when modifying the independent entry.
-
Understood, thanks!
-
Thanks. The citation key is a fundamental piece of information that assigns a unique identifier to each reference in the library. This is essential for anybody working with references and citations. Each Bibtex citation starts with @article{Allen20…

Thanks!

Is there a page where the concept of pull export is explained, how it is useful and how it differs from normal export? Thanks.
-
Understood, thanks!
-
Great, thanks.

Thank you. If I'm connected to my institution and have access rights to paywalled publications, will these be added?
