Has anyone ever asked or linked this thread to Microsoft OneNote forums? I mean posted within Microsoft.
-
Alright fair enough! Didn't know all that thanks for the answer!
-
Amazing!

Interesting comment @egoipse ! I would love to see a pdf option for the webclipper. As far as I'm concern, I work with pdfs when it comes to peer review articles, so it could be consistent to work with pdfs only. Note though I also started to use eb…

Solved :)

Solved, Thank you!
-
Thank's for the notification! I hadn't seen it. I see they'll try to fix it.
-
Okay this is working fine now.
-
Good to know, thanks!

You could also try to give a shot on the dev google group or take a look at the code on github.

@haug I'm afraid I cannot provide a more detailed answer, but that's a valuable feedback for sure and I'm quite confident that the Zotero team will read this carefully. Now as it seems that the 7.0 version is coming soon, and that will be a signific…

Mmm I just had a quick look but as for the copy paste to obsidian, I got the citation properly displayed rather than the "PDF_NAME" i.e. (Smith, 2000). Also, I had citations in obsidian from last year that includes the link to the citation (I click …
-
Have you ever tried to import your highlights and notes from obsidian plugins instead of doing drag and drop?
-
Hi! I don't think you can use other variables, and {{citation}} within the title template doesn't work indeed. I think the shortest path to insert citation within note title would be using the default keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+A on item and paste…
-
Ah I see, mmm I don't think that is possible. Maybe with some third-party plugins like the ones that work with obsidian, but I can't be sure and you will probably have to do some set up. Edit: yes you can do it using Mdnotes module - which doesn't r…

I see, same question has been addressed in the referred thread above (see https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/430981/#Comment_430981). To my knowledge there is currently no possibility to change the labels that are displayed in the gray men…
-
@kang1943 what you describe seems to match the case for creating a note from a template where a line is dedicated to tags, see : https://www.zotero.org/support/note_templates. NewMethod tag should appear as text in the note you will create from the …

From the advanced preference pane indeed. If necessary, see a more complete template with all colors ready to paste: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/430829/#Comment_430829 Also reproduced below: {{if color =='#ffd400'}} yellow…
-
@talestomaz I think that currently this is not an available variable (see https://www.zotero.org/support/note_templates).
-
Nice! Let's see then, excited to see this upgrade happening :)
-
Thank you very much for the quick reply, I had the ZIP scenario in mind indeed. To be sure then, I could use 6+ as a primary installation and enjoy the freedom to try the 7 beta from time to time if I open it from the Zip folder, or from the locat…
-
Would it possible to manage both two versions? Let say for windows user that you run Zotero with 6x.exe file in some cases and in other cases you run with 7beta.exe? I guess it is not recommended but just to be sure.

...No creaste otra cuenta con otro correo por casualidad?

In short, it renders your annotations as a screenplay, giving it a feeling of interacting with the authors of what you are reading and commenting. There is a workflow that use tags and highlight colors to add didascalias and stage directions (see h…

Nice! Good Luck!

Ow this will not change the highlight label on the left pane. It appears when you create notes from highlight on the right-hand side. That's a humble workaround smaller that you could imagine I'm afraid.
-
@kavana Yes that is correct. It is a template for renaming highlight colors, as it was requested above by @atknapp. The title of this thread is ambiguous as it merges two different topics or demands - namely adding more colors and naming colors.
-
I made a sketch-prototype of what it could look like and have posted it here (postimage link).

That would be a +1 for a same feature request that has been addressed some time ago (see thread). Weight and speed performance issues are involved if I understood correctly. If think about it, if you want to enter in a deep read, you might be bet…
