About labelling annotation colors, I just wrote a template that you should be able to re-use. For as long as the color mapping remains the same (annotations side, not tags) it should work.See it on this thread.

About naming annotations colors (edit: as requested by @atknapp): may I invite you to try the following template below? Similar request had been made and I sketched out something. See this feature request about labelling highlight text colors. {…

+1 for a OneNote plugin to add notes and citations. I was thinking of something like Obsidian community plugins (I think they are two).
-
Fair enough thank you very much for these two recommendations, save button will do the job!

Hello, any gist, snippet or code ready to use out of this discussion? I just encountered the need for adding around 10 to 15 urls that I would like to import in my library. A brief description of my case: I was doing a little search on a given top…

The template below should match what asked @waiheke123 for, understood here as "yellow=minor points, red=major points". The rest follows the default template for highlights {{if color =='#ff6666'}} major point {{highlight}} {{citation}} {{…

I would prefer the possibility to add a web page as pdf and do the annotation work from Zotero reader. Maybe an option to save a webpage as html, as pdf, or both. Also, just to mention, to me it makes sense to maintain a untouched copy of a webpage…

Hi, That's interesting. I wonder though if you could not use the colored tag possibilities that already exist. True though that in that case you will have to tag all your highlights, which would imply that in the making of it you will have to make …

Ok got it, relevant guideline: "If you're not sure if your issue is exactly the same, it's better to start a new thread, and someone will point you to an existing discussion if appropriate." Thanks for the thread creation.

[Edit: The following as a feature request] Could it be possible to create a note from annotations but only the ones that has been commented - i.e. sticky notes and annotated highlights, which is different from purely highlighted text? This makes …

Thank you for this clarification and procedure suggestion. I tried with Word and LibreOffice, and I could get what I wanted.

Nice! Thank you!

Yep sorry, I meant I checked in the corresponding folders. Anyway everything is solved and at place thanks.

Thank you, I got what I needed

Would love to see that too!
-
Nice! Thanks for the feedback :)

Ah, ok, seems I did it wrong. Comments are actually displayed on a left pane in Atlas 22. Right-click on green lozenges does something else. So yep everything is fine, the two ways mentioned work!

Solved: I Had to upgrade from Atlasti 9 to Atlas 22, and you could do that only from their website and not from the desktop 9 version itself. From Atlas 22 Desktop interface then, the highlighted text appears with the code "imported annotation" on …

Allright, so by written comment I meant every text you add after highlighting something in the reader. I can see it by opening the file with Okulus and Nitro pdf, so I'll report that on Atlas.ti side. Thanks!
-
I tried two ways : file->export and export on RIS format. In both cases I could get the highlighted text in atlas (appears in yellow). However, neither the written comments nor the tags were exported (not displayed).

Aw ok, thanks for the explanation. ...how about the following b plan: get the collection link with Zutilo, copy and paste it in a simple text file; then name the file as the collection (and store it in some folder of your choice)? Maybe tedious a…

Find collections ans sub-collections from one's OS would be really nice If I can add that. I thought it was/ it is not possible for technical reasons but how real is it?
-
From mjthoraval "But if I do the same to an external note taking app, I get the Bibliography information." -> I am experimenting the same behaviour. Would be nice to drag and drop to libreoffice with Zotero links. "The new functionality seems …

Hi, seems to be ok for everything else so nothing to add on my side. That is, every article saved has now a normalized url without suffix/prefix. Thanks!

Ok, here is the ID: 724853195. I saw that the only error message from there is something related to my rss feeds, which is not related to our problem and was an error I got few weeks ago. Anyway let me know if I could do something else. Edit: Upd…

I'm quite sure it has been auto-detected, and the option you mentioned was not enabled. I ticked the option you mentioned but I still got the same issue. Expect for the mediapart website. I tried to manually add hostnames (+ button in proxy setting…

I suppose I should edit the Schem field in Zotero connector preferences" " %h.example.com/%p " with the following variables and help: You may use the following variables in your proxy scheme: %h - The hostname of the proxied site (e.g., www.example…
