I'm sorry but we no longer support Windows XP, nor does Microsoft. You should aim to update to at least Windows 7 or ideally Windows 10.

You should avoid running the full refresh on a document, especially in Google docs, unless necessary (like before submitting the paper). With over 350 citations it is expected to take that long.

Is this running a refresh or something else? The plugin should generally not be hitting this error unless your document is exceptionally long or there is something very specific about it that makes it slow.

If it opens up the bibliography editor it means that a bibliography is already inserted somewhere in the document. You will need to remove it first to be able to insert it again.

Yes, this has never been supported. You're not supposed to edit a citation and leave it empty. If you want to delete it - delete it in text.
