Does your main Firefox profile use stricter security settings than the default? If so, could you try relaxing some of them and seeing if it starts working with your main profile and lets us know which setting is causing the issue?

It seems like Zotero Connector is having issues connecting to Google Docs. This could be internet interruptions or security software interfering. Could you submit a Debug ID from Zotero Connector for an attempt to cite if you're still seeing this?

The document you shared only includes an unlinked citation. If you press Zotero -> Refresh in the document, and the citations you are trying to copy are unlinked, then copying them will also result in unlinked citations.
