Zotero Connector SingleFile settings are not configurable. If you need to save snapshots of websites that are not capture correctly, you can save with SingleFile with custom configuration, and attach those files as snapshots.

This shows the citation dialog opening, and closing after 12s, ending the operation. Can you take a screen recording of the issue, upload it somewhere (dropbox, etc), and post a link here, showing the issue?

You need to click Help -> Debug Output Logging -> Enable, then attempt to cite in Google Docs, and finally after getting this prompt return to Zotero, click Help -> Debug Output Logging -> Submit Output.
