Sorry, there indeed seems to be a bug with citation styles that use notes. You can download the previous Zotero LibreOffice plugin and install it using Manual Word Processor Installation instructions.

If you have any proprietary security or proxy software running on the machine, it might interfere with the plugin, so you should try temporarily disabling it.

Yes, the fix is available in the latest version of Zotero 7 and beta. We also reported this to LibreOffice and LibreOffice 25.2.6 will also include a fix on their side, to be released in the following days.
