Does your main Firefox profile use stricter security settings than the default? If so, could you try relaxing some of them and seeing if it starts working with your main profile and lets us know which setting is causing the issue?

The document you shared only includes an unlinked citation. If you press Zotero -> Refresh in the document, and the citations you are trying to copy are unlinked, then copying them will also result in unlinked citations.
