Those citations don't look like they have been inserted with Zotero. Or they may have been unlinked, see Existing Citations Not Detected.
-
Would you download this script, open it and press Run the Script button (triangle) in Script Editor, while having your Word document open and the cursor placed in a Zotero citation. You will see a dialog in Word which will either say "Found citation…

Citing in tables with Zotero is largely unsupported, or might work poorly. This is a limitation of Word Processor APIs that we are unable to work around.
-
Please test whether you cannot edit citations in a new document in a new account, not your existing one, with a style using endnotes, and also footnotes, and whether it works with either.
-
We recommend updating to the latest version of Build 19426.20218. If that doesn't help, you will have to follow Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents
-
You should check your router/network access point to make sure some firewall rule is not triggering on your laptop. Otherwise, you will need someone to troubleshoot this as a network problem that it seems to be, which is outside the scope of our sup…

How are you moving these citations? Create a screen recording.
-
Please submit a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to insert a citation. Also see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents
-
Yeah, your Debug ID still shows Zotero Connector trying to connect to the V2 endpoint. Could you take another screenshot of what your config looks like now? Another thing to try is creating a temporary new user account on your mac and testing whethe…

Another extension could be intercepting/blocking requests that Zotero tries to make to Google Docs API. See Report ID for how to generate a Report ID.
-
Could you produce another Debug ID from Zotero? Could you also produce a Report ID from Zotero Connector? Could you try disabling any extensions that you use, if any, and see if that helps?
-
Sorry, I meant setting the pref to true, not false. Double-clicking it should do it.
-
Have you tried restarting this Mac? That would be the first thing to try. You could work around this by going into Zotero Connector Preferences -> Advanced -> Config Editor and setting integration.googleDocs.forceDisableV2API to false, but th…

Adding citations and citing in Google Docs are unrelated in this context. All I can tell you is that an operation to google docs API backend is taking too long (timing out) based on your debug log. This is usually consistent with security software o…

HTTP request to https://docs.googleapis.com/v1/documents/[doc-id]?includeTabsContent=true has timed out after 60000ms Some security software, a firewall, or a browser extension is blocking requests on your laptop to google docs API, which Zotero use…

Thanks for sending in the doc. Regarding 1, the dialog not loading, we have created a ticket to track the issue. Thanks, we've been trying to find the cause of this for a while. Regarding 3, setting automatic citation updates to disabled causes th…

You should ask your IT to investigate this. It's technically a macOS or Microsoft Office configuration issue, and the fact that the Zotero tab appears but doesn't do anything is technically an issue outside of Zotero software.
-
Thanks, I've created a ticket for the progress bar appearance.
-
Submit a Debug ID from Zotero (not Connector) for the issue.
-
Please produce a Debug ID for a command that fails.

See Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents

What citation style are you using? If it's a custom one, could you post it here?
-
You seem to be trying to set the value of "Remove unread feed items after" field to 0 days, which is invalid. That dialog should not allow 0 as a value there at all. As for the sorting issue, can you produce a screen recording that shows the problem?
-
Have you tried restarting your computer? Did it used to work before on this machine?
-
See Reporting Problems. Provide the full description of the issue, screenshots, report ID and what you have tried so far.
-
Submit a Report ID.

See https://www.zotero.org/support/styles Citation formatting is determined by the citation style that you use in Zotero.

Yes, the documentation is outdated. I've removed the savePage entry. These are developer documentation pages and the expectation of developers is that they read the Zotero source code. These guides are intended for orientation, and as the Zotero cod…

When you restart Zotero, the first insertion of citation into a document with automatic citation updates is going to be slow, but subsequent citations will be fast, untill you restart Zotero. This is the intended behaviour.

Do other ways to navigate the select work? Arrow keys, or typing? Are you sure the scrollbar is missing, instead of simply being not displayed unless you put your mouse over it, or scroll with the mouse/touchpad?
