Just in case, there is also the plugin "Zotero Annotations Count", which adds a column showing how many annotations each of your Zotero items has. You will get something like this: https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u2580262/f43b429l…

No, unfortunately not at the moment. Remarkable is a closed platform and you can only use “its” applications. As far as I know, there is potentially a couple of ways to use Remarkable, by sending the PDF file to the Remarkable tablet, reading and …

Just a curiosity... The citekey field appears duplicated. Is it normal? https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u2580262/egr2effxugeil56ocmzb.png
-
Yes, 3 seconds!
-
I can run any other test you suggest... @dstillman Is it okay now? Do you need any other test? Now, I will enable the rest of the plugins
-
Excellent!!!! (I think so... ha, ha, ha!) Zotero beta.24 Only BBT enabled (7.0.72.8903) Zotero migration: 17 seconds (circular progress popup 12 seconds + 6 seconds the other one) BBT: 18 seconds (until the menu item disappeared)
-
how many items are in your library more than 6,100 I'd be interested to know how long each takes Will it be evident when Zotero ends and BBT begins?
-
I can make a test... I will first instal the new BBT version (manually?), then will run the update to the newest Z8-beta to start the migration. Is it okay or do you need some Debug ID?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. If I understand correctly, is BBT generating (new) citekeys for each item, even if it already has one? Wouldn't it be less problematic to generate keys only if the item doesn't have one? I ask because in my case …

Don't worry, Zotero is an incredible tool for our work, and I'm happy to help! Do you have a database you can test this with, or can you create one with thousands of Extra values? I can explain how to trigger the migration if you don't have a pre-up…

ok, only BBT enabled

... with all plugins enabled

Just to confirm... I will just run the migration again under the same conditions as the last run. But sending some Debug ID after the progress bar finishes (with the journal icon) Right?
-
Moreover... I have just restarted the app and this message appears: https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u2580262/coakhtzrdk4av9i13riz.png

What do you mean by "the app is still running in the background"? During the migration these two popups appear consecutively: https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u2580262/9t9a3h902lwgxpxza2ia.png https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/im…
-
D193951450 The process took around 4 minutes but the app is still running in the background
-
Yes, of course! Normal Debug ID or extensions.zotero.debug.store as the last one?
-
Can I stop the debug output? It still continues rolling!
-
Yes... and continues now... D589831860 just now
-
It continued the output... so this is a new one: D1167222795
-
is it okay, or do you need anything also?
-
D404030035
-
It has just finished... 10 minutes
-
Do you need the output during migration or when it already finish? The first popup with the circular progress bar took 2 minutes It is running with the other popup for other 8 minutes now... and continue NOTE: I am at home, and this PC is slower
-
I already made the configuration setting. I am ready to start, but, I don't understand if before to update to beta.23 I should enable the Debug Output Logging or not
