I clicked on the registration button, and was confronted by a very clear licensing agreement that I was invited to adhere to. It contains these prominent conditions:

I have problems with two library catalogue translators - one of them is the main Austrian library catalogue, and it's really a pity that zotero doesn't work on it.
Zotero cannot create new items out of these catalogues.

1. Nineteenth Century British Library Newspapers -- GALE
This is a subscription database, so I can't provide a direct link. Its free to all UK HE institutions though, so I'm hoping that somebody with access would be willing to write a translator. What we really need is something which will capture an image of an article and then save it to Zotero with reference information.
2. 19th Century UK Periodicals -- GALE
Another subscriptions database by the same company. Layout is almost identical to the previous database.
3. Times Digital Archive -- GALE (infotrac)
This subscription database seems to have once had Zotero functionality, but it no
longer works. As soon as you click the icon in the address bar it says "Could Not Save Item: an error has occurred whilst saving this item. Please check Known Translator Issues for more information"
4. Nineteenth Century US Newspapers -- GALE (infotrac)
This subscription database suffers from the same problem.
I'm not sure how feasible it would be to write translators for these sites, but I'd be more than happy to help out anybody who wants to try in any way I can.
I would like to see the Sabin Americana collection added; It suffers from the same translator issues as ECCO where it appears that Zotero recognizes it, but when you click the icon to save an item to the library, it gives an error

Also, the new(ish) interface of the University of Toronto library does not work with Zotero. library.utoronto.ca
I would like to see Lexis (the lawschool version - www.lexisnexis.com/lawschool) and Westlaw (the lawschool version -- you login via lawschool.westlaw.com, but a case search brings you to web2.westlaw.com).
As a note, law school students would pay good money for such compatibility...
@cpcberkeley: A translator for the law review articles section (US & Canadian Law Review Combined) of the TLR (law school) service exists, but it needs to be tested by someone with a subscription before it can be incorporated into Zotero. Want to give it a go?
As for amassing large sums of money from this ... if you're in law school, you'll be familiar with the problem of negotiation failure due to free riding and strategic bargaining in the context of multi-party negotiation.
Great stuff. The translator works with Zotero 2.0beta. It can be downloaded from the zotero-dev files area (the file is lexis-law-reviews-2009-07-16.js). To install it, just copy it into the Zotero translators directory, which is right next to the Zotero database. Then restart Firefox. If it misbehaves or breaks things, delete the file from the translators directory and restart Firefox again, and things should return to normal.

(EDIT: The translator doesn't handle search lists yet, you need to navigate to the article itself. When an article is displayed, the Zotero download icon should appear in the address bar.)
