I know how to transfer literature items to another computer (by copying 'Zotero' under user directory), but I don't know how to transfer Zotero extensions such as zotfile, zutile, to another computer.

PDFs need to be attached to metadata for ZotFile to do anything with them. Right-click --> Create parent item to do that.

The iOS app requires file syncing via Zotero Storage or WebDAV. Linked files aren't supported, so ZotFile isn't relevant.

Zotfile：attachments moved to table attachments skipped because they are top-level items，snapshots or the file does not exist.
