Notes in the new Zotero PDF reader and extracted annotations from Zotfile Get from Tablet feature

The new Zotero PDF reader and note editor is great. But if you use the Zotfile Send to and get from Tablet feature with extracted annotations, you will end up with notes in to different places: a) Extracted annotations below the parent element and b) in the left margin of the Zotero PDF reader. I know these notes are fundamentally different as they are not actually in the pdf, but is there any way to import/extract (or something) to get a place or a view of all notes at the same place? Thanks for all input!
