My bibliography style in word changed after i added 1 more citation in the text. How do i change it back?

I tried to install Manually Installing the Zotero Word Processor Plugin but it doesnt work.

Using "note" (rather than "full note") reduces the word count and clutter considerably, but it also creates a situation where newspaper articles are improperly cited.

How do I get this to appear in my Word document? I've filled out the correct fields. I'm using CMOS.

Word does not display Zotero. When I press insert it also does not show Zotero as a plug in. However, it displays Grammarly.
